death hoax rumors
I don't know how well received this topic is going to be, but I have a burning question about the supposed "Michael Jackson death hoax".

So.....are they saying Michael went back and had MORE surgery to look like more like himself circa the 1980's, or just implying that the Michael we've all known for the last 20 years has been a fake? This is what I don't understand about this whole "OMG, that singer looks just like younger MJ!" comments.
I know it's not him, and there have been pictures posted in ONTD with Darryl and Michael together with Sheryl Crow (at least I think that's who the girl was), but I'm just curious what all my fellow Shamoaners thought.
I am also confused by the whole "he faked his death and the kids were in on it" comments. Why would Michael, who has spent the last 12 years keeping his kids out of the public eye, now decide it would be in their best interests to put them through his very public death? That makes absolutely no sense to me. And I can simply can not imagine him faking his own death and leaving the kids thinking he was actually dead, considering how much he loved them.
So while I still wish MJ would appear on the O2 stage tonight, I just can't believe he would put his kids through that, whether they knew about it or not. What are your thoughts?
