Dancing Altered State
I didn't go into an altered state while dancing. But I did feel incredibly grounded and really relaxed. I felt more prepared to handle today.
Today was long and grueling though. I did make the best of it when I could, and I held on to that feeling though the bad parts of today.
It was during those phases when I got messages. The main thing I got was that "a trial will soon be over." And that makes a lot of sense, seeing as it was to get me through the long day of dealing with family. And the long week of it. Luckily there are only two more days.
I also got the message that "with struggle comes reward" and the number 9.
