Best Memorial Day Weekend EVAR
On Wednesday, I learned that driley1 and imperfectkatoru were going to be in my neck of the woods.
On Friday, they actually showed up.
+ I was hugged like a bazillion times. Whee!
+ WHITE CASTLE OMG! White Castle is what everyone craves. Particularly since they use US Government inspected meat, which inspires less confidence than one might think. Hey, I said "meat".
+ I am the only beer-drinker in the lot, it would seem.
+ Special thanks to Dusty for telling us about Dick Clark keeping William Shatner at bay with a broken chair. Seriously, I honestly thought I was going to die without ever getting that mental image.
+ "You said 'groping'." (And "member", and "butt", and "tight", and "ball", and...uh, to hell with it.)
+ The newest Playstation model is going to be called the WII (pronounced "whee", or "wee" if you're feeling juvenile), I'm told, which lends itself to all kinds of unfortunate jokes ("I'm going to WII now!" "I like to play with my WII", and so on and so forth).
+ Oh, God, that skunk stank so bad I could taste it in the back of my throat.
+ I sound like a guy without even trying, apparently. Especially when I'm yelling, "JESUS, buddy!" at people cutting me off in traffic.
+ References to midget pr0n abounded.
+ Fred took it upon himself to point out various items that I would not have noticed if nobody had said anything.
+ I learned the hard way that my rear windows don't roll down anymore. Sorry, guys! Next time, I hope to have the new car with A/C.
+ Putting one's bare feet in the Ohio River is not the most advisable thing ever, but at least I didn't drink it. Also I lost all sensation in my feet, was soaked to the thigh, and FELT PRETTY DAMN GOOD. :D
+ Hoshit, I spent $90 on books AGAIN.
