I've been getting soooo hiiiiiiiigh lately. I need to take a break and chill for a week or two. Actually I'm going to detox my body. You know: spend a couple weeks ONLY eating fresh fruits and veggies, lightly cooked or raw, and whole grains and legumes and a lot of water and NO sugar, caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, or other drugs for the whole time starting a week before you start to detox. Oh yeah and a lot of fiber. It flushes out aaaaall of the toxins that havebuilt up in your body and haven't had a chance to be cleansed because of the way we live today and the things we eat, drink, smoke and are exposed to. Everyone should do it to some degree about once a year. What degree depends on what kind of lifestyle you lead. I personally am going for the distance... So I guess this means exactly this:

1) One week without smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol, consuming caffiene or sugar, oooor engaging in any recreational drug use.

Followed by

2) Two weeks of all of the above PLUS: Drink nothing but water & eat only extremely healthy, basic foods (no refined or processed foods).

Summation: Three weeks of HELL. I can't wait to start! It'll be a test of will power and if I can go the distance I'll feel physically like fucking Super Man and mentally like that kid from Iron Will. During the three weeks I'll rest and only exercise lightly, and then afterwards I'll pick back up on my normal workout routine. And then I'll party and reap the fruits of my labor!
