Smoking Liberals
In college, and in my political science class, I've seen and known a lot of people that take a strong left political opinion. They go on about how the government is corrupt and disfunctional, and how corporations are destroying America. Now, I'm not here to criticize those opinions, but there is something I noticed. A lot of these people I notice are also smokers, and by smokers I mean your regular tobacco cigarettes. Is it just me, because I find that to be very ironic. These people are very outspoken about the evil corporations and corrupted government, yet they are always smoking. When you purchase cigarettes, you are supporting and help the tobacco corporations. The tobacco corporations are perhaps one of the most, if not the most, dangerous of all the corporations. They sell a product that with no doubt kills thousands every year, and the only reason why they are still around is because of their firm grasp of the government. So basically, these people are bitching about a problem that they contribute too. Smooth, real smooth.
