Practicing Religions
I like the term "practice religion". For example: "What religion does he practice?" I find it be fitting because many people do practice a religion, but I think only a slim few actually get it right. And I don't say that meaning on religion is right and others are wrong (for ex: Catholic vs Jewish), but I mean one religion will have many different ways to follow it (for ex: the peaceful version of Islam vs violent radical version).
