Beth and I went to the Colorado Burlesque Festival Saturday night, and one of the acts was mermaid-based! And the performer took her stage name from a comic-strip character: Sadie Hawkins!

This weekend was the Colorado Burlesque Festival, and I went to the big Saturday night performance again. Wow, there were 40 acts, and all good! Last year I posted lots of videos after going, but I think I will refrain this time.

I have a MySpace page which I tend to ignore for a couple of months, then I spend a few days keeping up with it before I forget again for another month or two.  Everyone keeps saying I need to get on Facebook too, but I'm afraid it would just be one more online timesuck.  I'll probably do it eventually anyway...
