Rummy Night
Yeah, I know it's 1:30 in the morning, but Ang is over and I haven't seen her in forever so we're playing rummy. I've become very good at the game. I used to suck, but no more! I have strategies and schemes that I can use to befuddle the best of rummy players... as you can see, my late-late-night personality has emerged. Delightfully crazy. But I'm happy that I'm 125 points ahead of Ang. Go me!
I also tried to teach Ang how to crochet. She decided she wanted to crochet a pillowcase. So far, the way she's coming, she'll have a pillow big enough for one of her china dolls.
Ate at Steak and Ale tonight (on my parent's $$, of course.) I had a wonderful N.Y. Strip with the sweet potato loaded with just enough butter and brown sugar. Yummy! I went with my parents and Ellen earlier today to see "The Passion" again. I didn't think I'd be more affected and emotional the second time I went.
The headlight on my car is out, so I need to get that fixed next week. More $$ that I have to spend. I just got my oil changed this past week, and I don't want to take my car back to the shop again. Takes too much time. But alas, it would help myself and other drivers if I had both of my headlights working. So, despite the $$ being spent, I will take my car to the shop first thing Monday. This is just the beginning of Spring Break and already I have something I have to do "first thing in the morning". Oh well. Hopefully that won't be the case the rest of the week.
