Thoughts - I think it's time to keep to myself and just do the job. I need to stay out of the organizing and just let things go. i can't help that I always find myself attached to the"company" I'm working for and wanting to improve it but I'm just spinning my wheels here as they've made it clear they don't want organizational help, just drone work.
