people miffed with me because my room isnt finished in the house yet.
uhhh... you guys derped on me and said that you had to do these bits and that i couldnt. :scratch: i havent done anything because ive been waiting for you.
ohhh yeah.
(they also helped by plastering the holes in the wall whilst i was out... very nice of them. but it seems they did that by scraping allll of the old plaster out of the wall and putting it alll of the thousands of little bits that cant be hovered up allll over the floor, where it is now ingrained, due to the floor being covered with old tile glue. took me about two hours to clean up and i didnt get it very clean to be honest.)
so need to do floor properly. cant afford floor sander rental, cant afford floor sander rental delivery, cant afford floor sander rental sanding pads. we have a hand sander, but thats like trying to drink the ocean really.
oh hey, btw i have a MAGIC HAND SANDER. a... wha.... *watches it work* OMFGWHAT?! thank you benevolent genie! whoohoo!!
oh hey btw, i want you do to this with the walls and it would be super shiny if you bought this expensive varnish.
(slendys face goes YES. mine goes, but thats like the most expensive there is, and i haaaaaaaaaate the look of paint over lining paper. and with paint + lining paper + wallpaper paste it may be just the same cost to buy good paper. and the sander, magical and elating though it is... isnt the same as a floor sander... you need to go through grades of finish to get the boards smooth rather than jaggedy. hrm. but still, this means i have half a hope of finding enough time to make my larp armour.)
we also found out that a girl who likes friend and who friend likes back has turned him down, after allot of hanging out alone together in a semi couplish way. i get that there could be a million reasons the girl chose that way and they are personal to her and correct for her... but im a bit annoyed that at no point was there ever anything like 'hey i like you but i dont wanna be in a relationship with anyone atm' or anything like that for the months and months of... just sad for the guy really, he is awesome and really deserves someone nice.
