It really sucks Rachel is so addicted to WoW. I'm starting to regret telling her to check it out, and that it's a fun game. I shouldn't be able to tell when she's home because she's logged into WoW. And really, all we do when we hang is well, play WoW. I think part of that is just because we're at a loss for what to do. I try to think of things, but sometimes, there's just nothing to do. I would tell you to try and get her to stop, but that's damn near impossible. I think the only way that would happen is if you dropped her laptop down the stairs. And that would cause a whole lot more trouble. I play WoW really just as a time killer. I play when Chris is at work, Or when he has friends over, or he's playing a game or sleeping. And that's why I'm only level 27. hehe.
As far as being in a rut. I know that all too well. It's incredibly annoying. Though, it never drove me to get a new hole in my head. (not saying you shouldn't.)Generally, when I'm in a rut, i try to do something new. Go out and do something, hang with friends i haven't seen in a while, draw something new, find a new show or band, etc.
As far as TCC, did you stop going? Or are you just talking about summer break? As for fealing like you're not getting anywhere, i felt that way for a while, until all this VCU bullshit. Life gets monotonous and boring after a while with no change.
Well, Rachel mentioned you guys going to bucsh gardens Tuesday, so there's a small break from life. Just prohibit her from bringing her laptop. Though, i would hope she wouldn't try to bring it there. Hope being the key word.
Anyway, hope your funk passes. They generally do in time.
