It's bad enough hearing them invoke 9-11 during rallies and speeches but this video goes beyond anything. To use these deaths to scare votes outta people is as unsurprising as it is despicable ( Read more... )

Worst of all is that they don't actually care much about stopping terror. Not a priority.

Of course not! Terror is fucking useful! It keeps everyone in a sheeplike stupor, allowing our "mighty protectors" to do as they please.

Don't forget to mention the CIA backed overthrow of Mossadeg in 1953. By returning the Shah to power in Iran and DEFEATING democracy, the US paved the way for the 79 revolution when the hostage takers knew that they needed a damn good insurance policy to make sure that the US didn't bring the Shah back, AGAIN.

I also believe in things like (*gasp*) equal rights, equal pay for equal work, the complete separation of church and state, and personal sovereignty over my own body.
