First full day, continued.

Ugh, so let me tell you, today is a toughy. I ended up "cheating" for lunch. I made a sandwhich on 1 piece of bread (not two) but opted out on the cheese. I did this mainly because I was feeling rather light headed and queezy, I google searched it, and found a ton of forums of people experiencing the same thing on slim fast but no real answer as to why, someone said it was the asthmaine or something or another they put in their drinks now. Regardless, I opted out of the lunch beverage and ate the 1/2 sandwich. Mowed part of the back yard, since most of it is dead, with the ankle weights on, and came inside and did a few ab, squat and worked on my arms with the weights. Still feeling kinda dizzy but I feel a lot better.
