Dear "Repair" Person that dealt with my laptop for 2 months.

WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO IT?!

I got the laptop back on Monday after it was sent away on the 2nd of July. I was told a fresh windows install had been put on the system. Right... I'll believe that when I see it.

Went to the doctor today since my ankles and feet have been swelling up and hurting alot lately... and it took her all of 5 minutes of poking my feet to tell me I have arthritis in my feet... yey. =_= I thought having it in my knee's was bad XP

Well.. Laptop was in for repair... again. The 4th time for the same thing. It was overheating and the hard drive was reaching temperatures of 60oC. I phoned the technical support line and I get told by different people different things. One said it was a summer temperature and it was safe.
