Finally!

So just last week, I decided that I was getting sick and tired of my bathroom scale not doing anything but yo-yoing up and down around the same 3-4 lbs. So I bought a new scale that also measure my body fat percentage along with muscle mass and water weight. I also made up my mind to start doing twice monthly weigh in on the 1st and 15th, instead of every Friday. So with today being May 1st and all, I hopped on the scale. And whoa buddy! 4.4 lbs gone since last Friday!

Now I know logically that this has nothing to do with my decision to start weighing only twice a month as opposed to 4-5 times a month and probably more to do with the Olivia method of calories that I've been doing for the past month. But none of that matters because I was just so damn excited to finally see a new stupid number on the scale. Plus the fact that this weight loss finally puts me in a new decade of pounds lost and I've reached 90 lbs after many many months of floating between 84-88 lbs lost.

So I ladies and gentleman, have now lost a newborn calf. :D
