Relay hell
I've explained relay calls before...I just got off the phone with a regular relay call, where the caller types, but the caller had the typing and grammar skills of a 14 year old script kiddie...or a Chinese Gold Farmer in WoW. I almost didn't sell her internet service, since she didn't have a computer. She wanted to get it for her video phone. She kept saying Video TV...which is really redundant. What other kind of TV is there? Audio TV? We have another name for that already...radio. Being deaf is one thing, I understand that. But this lady was just plain stupid. I eventually decided if she wanted to hook it up herself, fine, we'd take her money since she insisted on it.
I must be the only person in this company that tries to get people to spend LESS money on cable. I tell them to buy a router when they want a second modem, I tell them they don't need our networking service if they already have a modem, a wireless router is cheaper and better than a gateway anyway. I'm surprised I still have a job...
