Posting again already?! I forgot to add a few things to my last post, oops.
Mardi Gras is in less than two weeks, woohoo! I have to remember to keep up with Parade Cam this year at MardiGras.com. For this year's Mardi Gras, I am planning to make King Cake cinnamon rolls and gumbo. Next year, I want to step it up and make a real King Cake, which I've never done before. I'll be book-ending the Lenten season with red beans & rice on Easter (which I haven't made for years, so I'm super excited).
I am currently loaded up with Girl Scout cookies. You go, young ladies, sell them cookies. Especially you, little girl who changed her boxes of Samoas into Momoas and sold a ton because all the moms were thirsting after Jason Momoa. Understandable. Did you hear Jason Momoa is playing Duncan Idaho in Dune?! OMG.
Hokay, I am officially on board with the AAF. American football at a time of year when there is no American football? I am in. I am also particularly taken with the Orlando Apollos' insignia.
