Oh wow, look at the Inception Blu-ray Limited Edition thingy! Makes me wish I had Blu-ray, and that I actually bought films with any regularity.
I don't know how reliable the report is, but apparently Tom Hardy is replacing Michael Fassbender in Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. But even if it's not true, the rest of the cast sounds fabulous: Gary Oldman, Ciaran Hinds, Jared Harris, Colin Firth and Benedict Cumberbatch.
To celebrate the forthcoming 10th Anniversary of Band of Brothers, Black Sky Radio has been catching up with various BoB cast members for interviews.
Regina King is disappointed in the Television Academy for its lack of diversity at this year's Emmy Awards. And rightly so. When I was thinking about the Emmys while compiling my post, that thought definitely crossed my mind. I shouldn't be feeling surprise when a red carpet interviewer actually flagged down Andre Braugher to speak to him. Everyone should want to talk to him because he was a nominee. But that one instance was the only time I heard mention of him all evening.

Oh my gosh, I had no idea the actor who plays shady Spangler on Rubicon is also a Pulitzer Prize & Tony-winning playwright as well as a director, and he's currently writing an opera about a gay prizefighter.

Olivia Thirlby will co-star with Karl Urban in Judge Dredd. I never saw her in Juno, but she was good in Farragut North opposite Captain Fine.
Aww, Bonnie Blue Butler from Gone with the Wind passed away. :-( My grandmother and my aunt were acquainted with her and her son. They're going to try and attend the memorial.
