Finally got around to updating my Interests and profile banner to reflect new fandoms like Justified & Treme. I still don't understand why we have to limit our Interests list to 150.

Meet four of the musicians from Treme! KERMITTTT! ♥

In the lowdown on showrunner showdowns, we hear from Ann Biderman of Southland, Graham Yost of Justified, and Sara Colleton of Dexter.

More Dexter casting news.

Here are the character breakdowns for Law & Order: Los Angeles. I'm sure they'll be tweaked as they find people to fill the roles, but it's interesting to see in what direction they're planning. I also disagree with about half of Ausiello's casting suggestions.

New trailer for HBO's upcoming Prohibition-era gangster drama, Boardwalk Empire, starring Steve Buscemi. I've been looking forward to this one for awhile.

And Showtime has been fleshing out their upcoming Renaissance period drama, The Borgias. Joanne Whalley joins Jeremy Irons, Colm Feore, Derek Jacobi & others.

Warner Bros and Joel Silver are fast-tracking a more swash-buckling version of Don Quixote. Err, okay. I also found this post about the news amusing because of the Wishbone reference.

Just when I'd managed to bleach my mind of the news that Syfy is making their own version of The Phantom, the promo pops up. I mean, sure, the Billy Zane version was completely ridiculous, but it had its own bit of charm. And a young Catherine Zeta-Jones. This new adaptation just looks awful.

The Old Spice guy has inked a talent deal with NBC. But will he be on a horse?

Burn Notice

It's hard for me to get attached to Jesse, knowing how furious he's going to be when he finds out Michael is the one who unintentionally burned him. I feel on edge when I watch him with the team, like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. It's almost like Michael is taking the form of Management in Jesse's case, and it's unsettling me because even though we know Michael's intentions aren't evil, it could totally seem that way to Jesse. :-\

But LOL @ Madeline for admitting that normality is overrated. She prefers to Michael, Sam & Fi's brand of normal. People who sleep with guns under their pillow.

Royal Pains

Jill & Hank fail at being just friends, and I'm okay with that. ;-)

I was hoping that the cop and belt lady didn't actually have an STD because they were too cute together.

So far I'm liking how Divya and Raj are navigating their relationship. We don't often see arranged marriages on American television, so it's interesting to see the different challenges they have in finding happiness together.

Oh dear is Evan going to be heartbroken when Eddie R. eventually will disappoint him...again.

And oooooh no, Eddie R. has latched onto Ms. Newberg! :-O

Hey flist, should I see The A-Team? I grew up watching the TV show, but after reading some reviews, I'm wary.

burn notice, the phantom, royal pains, the borgias, boardwalk empire, treme, law&order:la
