Lance Armstrong has this drink out that is supposed to make you more energetic throughout the day. He's been heavily endorsing this product, saying he uses it everyday...and he "had cancer"... etc blah blah, but it's not based on the even the slightest bit of scientific evidence that it actually works, so I'm vetoing all things Lance Armstrong

By who? I want the scientific studies godddamnit! That shit is expensive. Vitamins have even been going under attack these days because of the lack of scientific data. My doc says, "Do you want expensive piss?!!!"
Hence why the bitch that made Airborne (which is a high-priced vitamin) is being sued. There's just to enough evidence that ANY natural supplement claims to help the body is some way....and if it is...they are small or shitty studies cuz no one wants to fund those types of studies.
The only shit I've seen in the media is the lack of omega 3s in the american diet and depression link. Anyway...maybe I'll try quercetin after all but I have to be careful with natural or herbal shit cuz they actually make the levels of the meds in my bloodstream low which can be dangerous. OMG I have energy today if I wrote all that!

ps, all the stuff about quercetin and what it does is in medical and science books! go to a medical library or ask a dietician and they'll break it down for you.
