In the middle of June I prettymuch dropped off the face of Livejournal, this was due to how time consuming the summer school courses were. We had to log in ATLEAST 14 hours a week, not including the four hours you had to spend on the classes each week in person at the host School's computers.
It was hell really, but its all over now. I have my

Your Mom's advice sounds a lot like Rodney's. Though he says, "Life's a b*tch, then you marry one." MEN...XD
Noodle is my Meyer's Parrot. I hand raised her along with Noodle's two siblings. My Mom gave me Noodle for my 21st b-day. Though, Noodle had already chosen me. When the 3 Meyer's took their first baby flights, Noodle flew to me while her siblings kept on going. This happened for many day to follow...:3
Not all female Parrots will start to leg eggs just because they are mature. At one time, I had a female Lovebird named Skittle. When she mature, Skittle started laying eggs and got downright nasty. There were other female Lovebirds we had, despite being mature they never laid a single egg until put in with a mate.
Yes, Quakers are notorious for their attitudes. Like I said, you have to teach them who is boss and not back down. The moment you back off, they have won. Quakers are such brats, LOL!! XD
I know at one time in VA, it was illegal to bring them into this state. If you wanted a Quaker, you would have to find a local breeder. I'm not sure what the law is now?! In some states, it is illegal to even own a Quaker. Many people would get in over their head and then let the Parrot go. The Quakers would then nest in telephone poles and attach the utility workers...O_o
No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. Despite my shyness online, I am a bit of a pervert myself...;)

And oh, I don't think I ever heard of Noodle before then. :3 I guess I should get Cody tested too but I really don't want him to be a girl. DX
Piper lays eggs sometimes and she acts terrible, its like she has PMS for over a month, she acts like such a bitch. <.<
Cody can be mean sometimes but usually if he gets a "time out" (put him in his cage for a bit) hes fine. He has to come out on his own terms now though because he will bite if I try to perch him inside of his cage for whatever reason.
And I got Midori from Petco, they are legal to own here but I think there is some sort of special requirement still.I did know about the illegal in other states thing though, but gosh I would never let them go outside like that. That is dangerous for the poor birdies.
Cody doesn't have his wings clipped and has had the chance where he could have left if he truly wanted to but he never has. I am probably going to keep Midori clipped though because I hear they are more of escape artists and she seems to just like to run around on the floor anyway.
I guess I will have to see how she is when she gets older, I hear they can talk apparently?

Skittle had 24/7 PMS once the eggs started coming. It was a shame, for she was my special little buddy. Skittle would often nest in my hair and put her butt in the air, it was the funniest thing. Whenever I would eat, she would run down to the plate and grab a bite...XD
The time out part made me LOL. Parrots are just like children. Yes, Meyer's are legal in VA but at one time you couldn't import them in from another state. I'm not sure if that law still applies?!
Quaker Parrots are in fact capable of learning to saw a few words. It is really up to the Parrot if they want to talk. Noodle knows a few words...:3
