Breakfast this morning consisted of cage-free, vegetarian fed scrambled eggs with organic cheese, whole wheat toast with vegan butter spread and sugar-free apricot jam, and organic, free-trade coffee with low-fat, organic soy milk.

Breakfast tomorrow: whole wheat raspberry pancakes from scratch.
