She was right-when the holidays come, i feel pain. All around, suffocating my being. Why am i getting so bad? My body is keeping me from enjoying the happiness of my life

And a truth that can be found, nestled warm and snug in the throws of growing up and older... is that "second childhood" is attainable. With peace and contentment and self awareness/consciousness/worth... with love... young at heart is what counts.
