Escargot. That's cooked snails, for those who don't know, old French traditional cuisine. Funnily enough, I had it in a really nice upscale Chinese place (Cafe East in Metairie, for the NOLA peeps), they called it East Style Escargot. And it was awesome. It tasted like sweet, really chewy ribs. Very yummy. I would totally eat it again.
