I truly hate generalizing statements like this. The data is very clear that men make up the majority of child predators...what data? Like where is this supposed data coming from and WHO does it entail? Aspects like race play a role and factor here. Because there are plenty of indicators that point to harmful stereotypes about men who AREN'T white that get labeled as predators or hypersexual beasts that can't control themselves. Like sure erase how harmful other predators of other genders can be by implying that since the numbers are so small they can be overlooked. To me this entire statement is erasing all victims' experiences in a stupid attempt to justify saying all men are bad. Which once again isn't true. If we look at systemic racism you'll find that the majority of the time it is beneficial to white supremacy to treat and view men of color as vile predators.
