Champion_Tales: Interesting Times

This has been a pretty good month so far. JT and Sera have been great. JT has been very happy as of late, mentioned that he's taking Dawn Summers to the prom. Is good to see that things are going so well for him.

Also Sera recently gone shopping with some of her friends for dresses. So am assuming that she is picking out a lovely prom dress. Though she seems to be a bit upset over something. Most likely thinking about her mom, was mothers day on Sunday. I know it had to be hard for her, being the first one without her mom. But at least she got to pay respects. Am glad that she has made some good friends, will make things easier for her. Although still not totally sure about her relationship with that Carlos kid. Do hope that her and Carlos aren't having problems again. Don't know if I should chaperon the prom, just to keep an eye on the kids. To make sure they stay out of trouble. Have to think about that I guess.

Have two new tenants staying at the Inn as well, a Mr. Victor Andreas and his assistant Ishmael. Not sure how long their staying, but have been keeping to themself since their arrival over the weekend. Mr. Andreas had his assistant handling all the arrangements, so haven't actually got to speak to him, but am sure he's just a busy business man. Do hope they enjoy their stay in Sunnydale.

Anyway I really can't complain about much as of late. Seeing that I've got to spend a good deal of time with the very beautiful Izzy Hicks. Hope she enjoyed our date to Ralph's. It seemed to be a very good bar, demons not withstanding. Think that Izzy was a bit surprised that the establishment was a demon bar, but really isn't many other places for adults to go in Sunnydale. Most other places like the Bronze are more centered towards a teenage crowd. So is always good to have a new place to go out for drinks. Plus their vodka drinks are most excellent.

Anyhow, even though my date with Izzy was interrupted, it truly was a pleasure to see my friends Eva and Joan. Seeing that I haven't been out of the Inn much as of late, really hadn't got to socialize or stay up to date on the going on's of some of my friends. So was good to catch up. I let them know how I've been doing, including my recent visit to the hospital due to my encounter with the Fury. Joan seemed to have had some run in's with the psychotic fury herself. Joan said it is the wrestling belt that makes the Fury almost unbeatable. Mentioned that she had attacked Yuffie and Eva, and is suspected of even killing her neighbor Mr. Quincey.

Joan mentioned that the gypsy fellow that I met at her party could help. Said that Cristoff put some really good charms on her apartment building that's kept the Fury from coming back to do anymore damage. I told Joan that it may be hard to get a protection spell to work properly at the Inn, since is supposed to be a public place with many guests. But really could use some protective charms to ward against demons like the Fury and to make my Inn safer for all my guests and family.

Joan told me that he was working at the Magic Box, so need to drop in their soon to see if he's able to help. Also Joan mentioned about an apartment being available, and my lovely friend Izzy was interested in finding a place to stay in Sunnydale for the time being. After checking it out, decided to take it. So Izzy is no longer a tenant of mine. Which is actually for the best. Cause really is inappropriate for a landlord to date a tenant. Am sure I'll still get to see her around Sunnydale often. Need to send her a housewarming gift. And I do hope that everything goes good for her.

Anyway, I'm just staying home tonight, to watch tv and relax. Later in the week will try to get back out to Ralph's or the Bronze to see my friends. And I do hope everything goes well for Joan and Yuffie, they've been threw so much and are still together. Am sure they can survive anything that comes their way. Was also good to hear that Eva is doing great as well, do hope everything goes well for her. All I can hope is that everything continues to go well for all my friends and family.
