(no subject)
Well haven't posted in a while. *looks at journal info* holy shit! its been eighteen weeks! anyways here's a quick, down and dirty update. i haven't been posting 'cause i'm deployed to africa. Since flying here, we've renovated a local elementry school, built several food storages and a clinic, as well as clean up a downtown traffic circle (complete with waterless fountain).
On the plus side there's been some personal grouwth, i'm happy the way i have and can now interact with more people. Not only personal growth but the military is more familiar to me now, including the active duty side. *looks up and rolls eyes* the active duty (especially you marines are anial retentive like crazy!) i'll be happy to go back to the states (and the air force) where getting the job done is the most important thing.

The individuals here are great, but get a few marines (Navy or army) together and fuck if they don't start getting weird.
