"If a bus driver doesn't change his sign from 85A to 85 at Don Mills station then he should have to drive the full route for people who get on there thinking it's the 85A, or at least let the passengers know as soon as he notices his mistake so they can get off and get on the right bus while there are still people around. A single young woman, who was by herself, was let off the bus in the dark when no one was around and was told to wait for another bus. Furthermore he didn't accept responsibility for his actions and tried to convince her that it was her mistake that she saw the wrong bus. If something had happened to her, this story would never have been heard. I hope that driver is happy."
Fuck TTC.
Bus Num: 7020
Driver: Young to Middle Aged Asian Male
Time: 7:15pm (around)
Intersection: Sheppard/Meadowvale
No wait, it gets better! In order to discourage complaints now the TTC has implemented the "Online, Mail in Complaint form". Its a form where you have to go online, print it out, then pay postage to mail it in!
Most people won't actually fill in the form because:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
a)they don't have money for a computer to find the form, the printer to print out the document or want to waste the money on postage.
b)they're so tired and stressed they don't want to think about how much crappier TTC made their day.
Your other option would be to "call us at 416-393-3030 Business weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m." Now there are the people are probably working those hours and whose money went to pay off all the bills (hence why they couldn't afford a computer and all that other stuff).
Don't we have a great transit system here in Toronto?
