Reports, plans... Have I really been wasting my time with this? What's it supposed to achieve? All this selfish plotting, only thinking of myself... It disgusts me. I shall I have these documents destroyed immediately.
Everyone. I recently remembered that I used to be a policeman, a leader of an elite squad called S.T.A.R.S. I don't know if there are any patrolmen positions available, but with the recent havoc the island is spreading, I feel like I should do my part to keep order in line. I've spent all this time only thinking about myself, but no more. I... am here to help. Justice and order must be upheld. We can't allow any innocents to come to harm.
I have considerable experience as a keeper of the law, as well as power surpassing that of the average human. I hope to lend my aid to the patrolmen as a deputy of sorts- if that's okay, of course.

The light is rather damaging to my eyes, but... a true keeper of the law musn't hide in the darkness. I will grow accustomed to the light in time. Please don't be afraid- I don't wish to hurt anyone.
