Why must everything work against me?

I HATE UPS. With a passion. I have yet to have a UPS driver actually deliver a package for me. It's always the same problem. Someone is home to sign for the package, yet the doorbell never rings, and there's a note on the door saying they were there. I should have had my new cell phone yesterday. I wrote a note saying someone WAS home to sign. Still they did not deliver. Now, maybe if this was the first time, I would have maybe doubted that my roommate was around, but this has happened EVERY time I tried to get a package through UPS. Fed Ex has NEVER had this problem. They've promised (after several irrate phone calls) to redeliver the package today. Motherfuckers better hope it's there when I get home, or I'm waiting outside the house next time and beating the shit out of the "delivery" driver. Seems like all they really deliver is a note.

Granted, this seems like a small issue to most people. It's just a phone, it won't kill me to wait another day (or 3 as the UPS people have made it). But I haven't been real happy lately, and this is one of the few things I was excited about. Having UPS fuck up the one thing that I want to go right, just pushes the wrong buttons on me. It's like waking up christmas morning and finding no presents under the tree. UPS has shit on my christmas, and I am NOT happy about it.
