I had this dream last night that didn't seem to have much plot, but I had to draw the damn setting I was driving through (in a pickup truck, with some random girl that I'd just met. Also, the truck had this awesome cruise control that would let it fly over ditches and gorges, as long as I didn't try to take control. I spent most of the dream wanting to take a photo of the sky, but not quite trusting that I could let go of the wheel. I'm sure you could come up with some metaphor from that, but really it just felt like how I normally want to take photos while I'm driving, but know that would be a Bad Idea, because, duh) so that I can now work on the stuff I'm supposed to be doing.
I have no idea what's up with the sky. Also, in the dream I thought I was driving through corn fields (but the "corn" looked dead on what I painted) with rainbows (those light pillar thingies), and those weird ruins were apparently normal roadside attractions. In central Ohio.
In other news, I now get to be a supervisor at work, which is good because I was starting to get a bit bored, and I get to put on my resume that I've gotten a promotion. It may be difficult, but I promise to do my best to not go mad with the power.
