Still not 100% crash proof
Well, prettymuch what the title says.
I got a HDD cooler, built it in and gave it another shot.
It's definately keeping the HDD heaps cooler but I still encountered the occasional crash.
Not often though, and at least now when it crashes *knock on wood in advance* it doesn't destroy my filesystem.
So like (I believe it was Specis) already said, I'm afraid the heat problem might've already caused some hardware damage.
To what exactly I'm still not sure of. But For now I'm just gonna leave it alone.
I can deal with crashing out of WoW once a day. and during other PC activities it doesn't have any problems.
So I'm just gonna give myself a little break, to make sure I don't get too cranky again right now :)
Had a fun weekend. We went to see Star Wars ROTS. I'm not much of a Star Wars fan but Mord wanted to see it.
But I have to say I actually enjoyed this one :) Anakin rocks :)
Had a nice breakfast and lunch too so after that weekend I dun really care about my PC troubles anyway.
Besides... it's tuesday. So the realms will be down until 1-ish anyway.
It's amazing how little there seems to be to do on-line since BC closed (yeah yeah blahblah some will say it didn't close it merged with CW whatever. to me it's gone :P)
But yeah, it'd be nice to have a new place. A cool place run by decent people again with a fun community atmosphere :)
