Got up at 7:30. Changed into lycra outfit, saw Ninny off at the door on his way to ride with Gary. Made coffee, filled my water bottle and did exercises for 45 minutes. Went upstairs, had coffee. I went over to the local Walmart here in Orem Utah and bought myself two outfits for working out in and two five pound weights and two three pound weights.
