DAVID!!! and Joe and Paul...
The high points:
- SHADOW PUPPETS! Joe, David and Paul were playfighting and pretending to hit each other with furniture and punch out the characters as they appeared on the screen during the introductory music video.
- David's story about Joe flirting to skip the line when they went out for dinner - he explained how the waitress was bating eyelashes at Joe, and then he sauntered up trying to be cool and got a clipped, "May I help you sir? Then Paul quiped, "and then your grabbed you happy meals and left."
- David took his jacket off and Paul started taking bids on it. The bidding started at $50, and there were at least a dozen hands up and people yelling bids.
- David and Joe mocked Paul relentlessly about the exploding tumour.
- Joe and David whispering into their microphones while someone asked Paul a question, making so much noise no one could hear the girl. He got off stage, put an arm around her and took her backstage so she could ask him privately. The question was, "Did you ever use the accent to get a girl?" and he said, "I'm married aren't I?"
- David molested the seeing eye dog - he got right down on the floor to play with the dog again this year, and said it was his favourite dog besides Mars. Kate later accused him of neglecting Mars.
- At the two more minute mark, Joe gave David a timbit and said, "Good boy!" and David ate it.
