(no subject)
Well, now my step-dad is in the hospital...good grief! He's been getting dizzy. Strokes run in his family so they are doing a CAT scan or something tomorrow morning. He feels OK, just keeps getting dizzy. Haven't heard anything about my dad since Sunday. getting packed to go to the Abbey tomorrow night. It is supposed to rain so I guess Vince and I will be leaving about 6 p.m from Carson. I packed food this time. Tuna and crackers, Turkey jerky, Granola bites, bananas and apples, trail mix and Tamari Almonds (Trader Joes). I also have my other granola bars. I can't afford to get sick again this weekend. I lost 5 lbs. Thankfully it is starting to come back on. Felt much better today and had a real meal of chicken, rice and peas for dinner. Still kinda tired. Gotta go and get my knee taped at lunch time and then meet jaime for lunch. Maybe El Pollo Inca or Fusion Sushi.
