My poor wittle toe
Ow. My entire big toe is purple. It got slammed last night during my soccer game, with only like 8 minutes left to play. The girl who did it was at least nice about it, she came over and asked how I was. It hurt like hell, but I knew it was an accident, that she didn't do it on purpose. I am sitting at work with a bag of ice on my foot.
I forgot to tell of this past weekend, though I think Christa covered most of it! It was pretty fun. Friday she & I went to see the Transporter 2. I think only 13 year old boys would be amused at this movie, however it was good to see Turkish with his shirt off :-) Saturday was my class, it was fun as usual, we had 2 new people even on Labor Day weekend. It rained for the rest of the day so instead of laying out in the non-sun I went and got my hair chopped. It is short. Like short I can barely put it in a ponytail short. It is very weird to get used to. I actually have to get it fixed a little because one side is still a little longer than the other (I'm guessing the loud cracks of thunder distracted my stylist on that side). Met up with Christa & Sara later at Spin downtown. Went crazy in the strobes, haven't done that in a long time. Some nice eye candy, but more fun to just dance. Freaky bathrooms, I didn't really like those. I think I need ear plugs next time we go however (should I say, 'if'). Very loud. Sunday was a nice relaxing day. I gave my dumb dog a bath - TWICE - she needed a bath because she had grease on her still from a couple of weeks ago, left her outside for a while to dry off, came back over to look and voila! greasy dog again! Stupid dog. I think I just vegged the rest of the day, I don't really remember. Monday was a nice day off, I slept in a bit, that was odd. I haven't done that in a long time. Went swimming, vegged some more, tanned a little (what I could), and practiced my new BP cd.
This week at work has been interesting. It is National Payroll Week and since I am in payroll, we are doing all sorts of 'activities' here. Yesterday we had pizza for lunch, today we had nachos for snack, tomorrow we get free breakfast. It's all good. Now if I only weren't hobbling around the office....
