Last Thursday i had the best therepy session since i started two years ago.
i used to just view my therepist as a payed doctor who was there to do her job,
but i see things quite differently now.
she has become a roll model of sorts for me actually.
celebrated Dana'a birthday last night which was really really great.
made me appreciate friends and company and laughter and things like that.
aren't we luck we didn't end up the teased, scared kid in highschool?
i think about that alot.
seems like the result of certain qualities we possess rather than any sort of twist of fate
this has been a very satisfying weekend on several levels
my brain finally stopped reeling at Nascar speed
and i was actually able to focus on happier, steadier things.
was able to r e l a x
this will hopefully stay put when the week begins
i think that a very good lesson to learn is not reading into certain things excessively
Some things just ARE
and we need to fucking accept that
i mean, no one can call you out on being yourself, right?

hope everyone is having a good time looking forward to the fall

i wear sweaters and tights even on some of the hotter days we've been having
(i would rather sweat than wear summer clothes. the summer is so over)
