When my Joseph was 9 or 10 or so, he was down the street at the HUD apartments playing tag football when one of the boys got mad and punched him in the temple.  I was furious, injuries to the temple can kill, and called the police who went to talk to the boy who was home alone at too young of an age.  They then talked to the mother when she got ( Read more... )
