Powers: He’s the nigh-omnipotent personification of sleep and dreaming. There’s not much he CAN’T do. Want to make it look like he’s someone else? Yup, he can do that. He’ll look no different, but everyone will think he does.(This also means he looks like something the viewer can understand - To a cat he appears as a cat, to a Buddhist monk he appears to be a fox spirit, To an African tribe, he is a starry eyed black man, to a martian, he’s a flaming skull etc.) Trap someone in a perpetual nightmare in which they wake, only to be slid into another horrific nightmare? Done. Teleport through worlds, create his own realm, recreate specific dreams and nightmares, battle Hell (and win), trap demons and people and creatures in tiny vials for ever, allow men to live on as ravens, allow Cain and Abel houseroom, own the key of hell, talk to Gods, defeat Gods, outlive Gods, be immortal, make anyone apart from his brothers and sisters think and do anything he wants?
