The sky is a little dimmer today
I was going through my LJ and checking up on my friends posts when I found out a friend of my from my high school days passed away. Josh passed away from an ongoing illness since the day I met him a little less than 10 years ago.
He once told me that the universe was not a collection of stars, planets, etc…but a perception that one had about everything. As we meet, interact, and exchange ideas, our universe is changed… Sometimes for the better and other times for worse.
Considering all that he’s been through here in this universe I know that he’s gone to a better place now. I can’t say that my universe has changed for the better or for the worse, just simply that there is now a void where a star once burned. You’ll be missed Josh.
