So, a Brief Glance at the Competition...
Glanced at what my fics are up against in SG Fan Awards...
Sheesh.
"The Entrepreneur" is up against KylieLee's "Temporary Engagement" (and 16 others I don't recognise by name).
"Unintended" is up against Mice's "Long, Strange Trip (Slash Version)" (and 6 others I don't recognise by name).
"Geometry of Desire" is up against Mice's "The Third Man" and Miso_no_Suki's "Wireless" (and 2 others I don't recognise by name).
"The Broken Series" is up against Zort's "Alone in Your Mind" (and 3 others that I've heard good things about, but not read).
"Two for the Price of One" is up against Mice's "My Brother's Keeper" and Severusslave's "And One Mr. Spock" (and 5 others, most of which ping, but I'm not placing the titles, but many of the authors are pretty daunting).
The only one where none of the other nominees' title immediately jumped out was "Spectrum" but since it's ship and I don't read that much ship, I've no doubt there's some excellent stuff among the 10 other nominees.
So... not holding my breath.
The irony of the situation is that I'm pretty sure I nominated some of those...
