Time Loop

I'm looking for a specific fic in which Sheppard and team are out of Atlantis on a mission.

They get stuck in a time loop, but only John is aware of it. They all keep dieing, and John is badly hurt by the end. It turns out the loop was caused by some (semi?)ascended Ancient. Eventually, the others catch on and they get free. It was full of Sheppard angst, and was very, very good.

I believe it was on Wraithbait, but I haven't had any luck searching for it...
