Aware Atlantis

I'm looking for a fic, but unfortunately I don't remember much about it.
It was probably on Wraithbait, as I mostly read there.
What I remember is that Atlantis' AI is very developed and she loves Rodney. She knows that Rodney doesn't think much of Kavannah, so when the scientist begins playing with something he wasn't meant to, she sends a message to Rodney. R was in a meeting with at least Elisabeth and John, probably Radek and maybe Carlson too.
Anyway, when R doesn't react quickly enough, she plays with the lights and opens the door to lead him to Kavannah.
Afterwards, I remember that they set up specific access clearances (color coded?) so that people can only go where it's relevant for them and not anywhere they just want to.
