Runner episode

I am looking for a fic that invokves the episode runner. I cannot remember if it is a part of a longer fic or not but what i can remember is that when Shepherd leaves McKay with Ronon to run after Ford it leaves McKay feeling as if Shepherd doesnt care about him.
I believe it is McShep.
