Instead of farewells, though, there is a preposterous mission, as there so often is with these people, back to the darkened, crawling cave, and Ronon shoots the Colonel twice, in order to save him. It works.

I love that line. I love the entire fic! You capture Teyla's voice very well and I enjoyed how you progressed her feelings on the canon events.
