Greeeeeeat night!
Yesterday was a great day! I spent it all scrapbooking and playing Diablo, a wonderful, relaxing combination, no matter how nerdy it sounds!
I decided I would cook a special dinner for Liam and I, so I got some nice steaks and potatoes and started them cooking. I cleaned my house, which felt amazing, and I even set the table! We never eat at my table, in fact, this was the first time. I put a gold reindeer table cloth on it, and I used my nice dishes, and got wine glasses filled with my AMS gift of wine. I lit all the candles in the living room and it looked lovely. It was even snowing outside!
When he came over, he said it looked very nice, and surprised me by saying that we should eat like that more often, as in just nice at the table instead of in front of the television. It was a great meal. Afterwards, I have him all his Christmas presents. I just couldn’t wait any longer - I get too excited giving gifts! He seemed to like them, which is great. I did get him a lot of stuff and kind of went overboard. After that, we decided to watch Die Hard, because it’s a Christmas movie technically, and because we’ve been really into watching action movies lately. We watched Terminator and Terminator 2 with Rob, Shira and Peter, and man, those movies are hilarious! I’ve really been into them. Die Hard was great actually.
After the movie we both decided to go for a walk, so we went for a nice walk downtown. It was snowing and looked great, but the wind was a bit of a bitch. After that, upstairs for some Office and rat time, then to bed!
All in all, a pretty great day!
