Tiring yet enthusiastic...
Friday was the girls region track meet. We kinda all went in thinking we will give it our all and then try again next year. We were all surprised by the outcome. First event we ran was the 4x100 (Me, Sass, Sarah, and Tiffany) We got 2nd in our heat- we ran a 50.4- and qualified for finals on Monday. But that’s not even the most exciting part--- Our school record is 50.2- and if we run just right we can break it!!!!!! Then after that Kristen won the 3200- she was amazing (she qualified for state) Then Tiffany got 2nd in the 100m dash and she qualified for finals on monday. Sarah and I ran the 100H and we both qualified to run them again on Monday…I think Sarah can make it all the way! Ena qualified for the 800m and the mile for state I know she will do amazing. I also qualified for finals on Monday in the 300 H- on Friday I ran a 51.2 (that’s my best time all year!) So our gurls had a pretty good run on Friday and hopefully we will see some wonderful things tomorrow! Thanx everyone who came to watch…don’t forget 5pm Monday!
Saturday we had practice and we watched the field events…im so excitied about just everything!
