Hi from Puppy Central
Sue and I have been under the weather for the last few days and I thought I would fill you in on new puppy news. Kaypo is signed up for "Puppy Day Care" and she starts next Wednesday. They will be teaching basics like sit, come, stay and down. She already sits on command for us and waves and comes when we call her most of the time and she is only 13 weeks old. Yesterday we took her for her first real walk outdoors, since she got her second round of shots and we went along the shore of Lake Ontario with her so she could experience new sights and sounds like Canada Geese :-\ seagulls and sand!!! She crashed and burned when we got home from all the excitement.
We have a busy schedule in the next few weeks and are hoping to make it to OVFF and our kids have agreed to look after Kaypo for the weekend. We are also going to the cottage for Thanksgiving and this will be Kaypo's first time ever out there and will get to experience a boat ride and forest creatures. We will have to keep a close eye on her as she is very exploritory!
