Puppy and Music Stuff
Hi Everyone! Just note to say we are doing well and the puppy is healthy and has been to the vet for her next series of shots. Starting next week, we will be able to take Kaypo outside for walks now that she is completely vaccinated. Next shot is rabbies. We also plan to take her out to the cottage for the first time maybe next week. Oh and we have signed her up for "Puppy Pre-school" in October with "Who's Walking Who". I think she will do well as she seems very clever and sits and waves on command and comes when she's called (expects a treat though). Last weekend we went to see Enoch Kent with mom and dad (Ken and Peggi) at our local "Flying Cloud Folk Club" and it was a good time and I had a couple of pints of "Peach Ale" which were delicious. Enoch Kent isa scottish folk singer from Glasgow who reside now in Ontario and he was releasing a brand new CD. Loved his scottish brogue and songs of the sea, collier lads and humor. He had a fabulous back up band as well with button accordion, guitar and flute. I love this little Folk Club and the last time I was there Vin Garbutt from England was performing. It is small, rustic and comfortable with a distinct British Club atmosphere and everyone is there to "Listen" and have a good time.
