Today i tried to lift my body to remove it from it's permenant groove within the couch after watching a get fit for life commericial that was inspiring beyond normal capacity... but my fat, hairy skin has become strangely moulded together with the fabric to become one being... will try again tomorrow...

The heat of the day has caused me to have to remove my gold medallions from around my neck... i feel naked without them...
